Saturday mornings
Fit with Fido is a 45 minute fitness class for you and your best friend. Class will incorporate cardio, plyometrics, and core. Come prepared to break a sweat and have fun with your dog by your side. You will both get a workout while strengthening your bond. Your dog will work on basic commands with the challenge of distractions while you will build your endurance and strength!
